RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Personnel Planner, you are a key person in our operations organization. You are responsible for long-term planning and scheduling of personnel resources based on traffic agreements, laws, and internal guidelines. The role involves optimizing resources, minimizing disruptions, and contributing to high delivery precision.

Your main tasks include:

• Short-term planning and scheduling of drivers.
• Personnel administration, authorization checks, and follow-up of training.
• Continuous dialogue with internal functions such as traffic management, traffic planning, and payroll.
• Planning, documentation, and reporting in relevant systems.
• Actively contributing to improvement work and sustainability goals.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and is part of our local management team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize.
• Digital maturity and experience working in systems intended for planning.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build good relationships.

Meritorious: education in transport/logistics and experience from the bus industry (e.g., as a driver or in traffic planning).

As a person, you are keen to create effective and sustainable planning while being attentive to the needs of various stakeholders. You have a good ability to structure and prioritize, allowing you to handle multiple parallel tasks and deadlines without losing focus. Your communication skills and collaborative approach build trust and good relationships. You are solution-oriented and remain calm even during intense periods. As a representative of the local management, you act professionally, adhere to decisions, and maintain a positive attitude. You see the big picture, consider the best interests of the organization, and actively contribute to improvements.
